It all happens on the timeline

One track per entity, a master playhead. Move the cursor and the whole scene rebuilds frame-accurate.

Timeline

One timeline, everything follows

Each entity has its track, a master playhead drives the whole scene. Scrub, loop, cut: the world rebuilds exactly at the requested frame, because every engine is a pure function of time. No more “only works on playback”.

  • Actor, vehicle, camera, prop, audio and text tracks
  • Frame-by-frame scrub, loop and real-time playback
  • Atomic project save, with .bak recovery

Cameras

Real cameras, not a freecam

Place cameras like scene objects, set the focal length and depth of field, and cut your shots directly on the timeline. The view goes through the selected camera — what you frame is what you film.

  • FOV and depth of field per camera
  • Cuts and transitions placed on the timeline
  • Export to the Rockstar Editor for the final render

Actors

Direct peds like performers

Anims, moods, weapons, synced scenes, Menyoo-style task lists, waypoint routes that walk or drive depending on the ped's state. You even become the ped to record a performance by hand.

  • Animation library and synced scenes
  • Real weapons, moods, task AI and multi-step routes
  • Performance recording: play the scene, it's captured

Vehicles

Cars that really replay

No physics tricks: GTA's native vehicle recording is encoded to .yvr, then replayed. Add events on the clip — doors, wheels, explosion — and playback fires them while a scrub rebuilds the state without replaying the crash.

  • Native .yvr recording and replay
  • Clip events: doors, windows, tyres, explosion
  • Seated occupants, auto driver, entity attachments

Film Maker Pro Player

Reader · needs FMP Pro

Not an editor — a companion that plays back scenes already built in Film Maker Pro. Perfect for servers that want to turn their projects into cutscenes: RP missions, scripted intros, story moments (API included). It depends on Film Maker Pro to create the scenes; on its own it only reads them.

Best for: Servers running RP cutscenes
