No. Products use FiveM's Asset Escrow system: the licence is tied to the Cfx.re account that made the purchase and can't be resold or transferred to another account.

No. Everything is built for FiveM and protected by FiveM Asset Escrow; the mappings and scripts are not meant for alt:V, RAGE:MP or singleplayer.
